Dato' Steve Wan Siew Kum
Founder
Dato' Steve began his career at Citibank and
PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, before founding his
own practice, with experience spanning venture capital and
corporate finance leadership. With over 24 years of
corporate and entrepreneurial experience, he holds multiple
licences, venture investments, and a private equity fund. He
is a Chartered Accountant under FCPA Australia and the
Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a member of the
Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), and a Certified
Financial Planner (CFPTM), holding a Master of Finance
from RMIT University.
Elaine Sim
Chief Financial Officer
Elaine brings over 16 years of finance, operations, and
business transformation experience across listed
companies, regional businesses, and multi-entity
organisations. She is a Chartered Accountant (C.A.
Malaysia) with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, an
ACMA and CGMA under the Chartered Institute of
Management Accountants, and holds fellowships with the
Institute of Financial Accountants (FFA) and Institute of
Public Accountants (FIPA).
