Heng is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (formerly Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), United Kingdom) since 1997. He has over 39 years of corporate experiences providing corporate secretarial services in Public Interest Entities (PIE) and SMEs.
He presently serves as a member of Disciplinary Committee Panel of the Advocates & Solicitors’ Disciplinary Board, The Malaysian Bar. He is Secretary to Rotary International District 3300 (Malayisa) Berhad and is the Secretary General of the Malaysian-Vietnam Chamber of Commerce.
Mr Heng was elected as the Honorary Secretary of the Malaysia Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) as was elected to the MAICA Council in June 2013 and served as the Chairman of the Editorial Board and the Chartered Secretaries Malaysia Committee.
