Elaine is the Chief Operating Officer for Steve & Co Asia Group.
She carries over 16 years of corporate experience across listed companies, FMCG distribution, manufacturing, regional technology businesses and non-profit organisations. Proven track record in building finance functions from ground zero, strengthening governance frameworks, improving operational efficiency and supporting business growth across multi-entity and multi-country environments. Led finance teams of up to 25 personnel, supported Bursa-listed organisations with turnover exceeding RM270 million and managed finance structures supporting fund sizes exceeding USD50 million.
Elaine graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from University of Westminster and also a bachelor’s degree in information technology from University Teknologi Malaysia. She holds a C.A(M) designation from Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) – ACMA, CGMA, Institute of Financial Accountants – FIFA , Institute Public Accountants – FIPA, Association of International Accountants – AIA, and CQI & IRCA Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
