As a senior governance, risk, and sustainability advisory professional with over 25 years of experience across Malaysia and Hong Kong, Ian has held senior leadership roles overseeing IPO reporting engagements for Bursa Malaysia and Hong Kong Stock Exchange listings, external audit for listed and multinational clients, and governance matters spanning internal controls, risk advisory, and Audit Committee reporting. He is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and CPA Australia, holding a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) with Distinction from RMIT University.
