Loh Lee Heng is currently the Director of Corporate Governance Advisory for Steve & Co Advisors Pte Ltd. (Singapore Office) overseeing the pre IPO advisory work for the Group.
Lee Heng has more than 24 years of audit experience advancing into senior managerial role in PwC, Deloitte, and KPMG that served offices across Singapore and Vietnam. He has vast and in-depth experience working along multinational companies toward successful NASDAQ IPO, including addressing SEC comment letters, respond to regulatory queries and overall project management of IPO exercises from readiness development to post listing compliances.
He holds Chartered Accountant qualifications under CA Australia and New Zealand and ISCA, alongside a US CPA (Washington State), ASEAN CPA, and Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA), and a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration (Accountancy) from Victoria University of Wellington.
